I love going to this farmers market! I am addicted to the all natural Apple Chips and the natural dried fruit. There are some wonderful strawberries but be sure to check out all the stands before you purchase - the prices vary but the quality seems excellent all around. You can also buy pesticide free greens and grass fed beef.

This is a small farmer's market but one I try to stop by often and support. I've been getting some wonderful strawberries, pesticide free produce, and great avacados. If you haven't purchased the Euphoria roses - they are top quality and truely wonderful. The soy candles and goat milk soap look wonderful but I haven't tried them yet!

If you live in San Luis Obispo, it's hard to shop at the Saturday morning farmers' market without running into at least one person you know. This is the biggest little market in SLO, a community market with a social feel. Over the past few years the market has grown to over 60 vendors and is the busiest of the SLO County Farmers' Market Association's five markets. Once a quarter you can find local chef's cooking up a storm during demonstration cooking displays. Occasionally you■ll find local artists out painting the scene, or authors on site for a book signing. But you can always count on finding the freshest local produce brought to you by California farmers.
