Comment: Bought this for my now 5 year old twins a couple Christmas' ago. They went crazy when they saw it. It is a very nice table and has held up really well. Altogether, I have four boys and they all play with it (and on it) and it has suffered no damage at all. If your little loves Thomas as much as mine do, go for the real Thomas table...they will absolutely love it! Also, it will surely hold its value for a next generation of Thomas fans (if you decide to sell it after your little ones are done, but for me, it will be kept for grandkids someday) GREAT BUY!

Summary: GREAT THOMAS THE TRAIN TABLE
Comment: I bought this for my son for Christmas (he's 2). He loves it. He loves the molded faces on the side & it's very brightly colored. I also bought the double sided playboard that goes with this table. He's been using it non-stop since we got it for him. He's learned how to put the tracks together & he really seems to enjoy the table. It's very sturdy & putting it together was easy. Yes, the table & board were expensive (as is all the Thomas stuff) but it's worth it. My son will be playing with this for years to come.

Comment: This table is very sturdy, provides tons of playspace, and really supports the Thomas train theme. The playboards are sold separately, but are also very well done. It stands up to toddlers sitting in the middle of it, pushing it around a room, and eating lunch on it too!

Comment: We purchased this table for our son when he turned 2! we had went to see Thomas a few months early and he loved to play with the table set up in toysrus. so we took the plunge!! He loved it and all the other children at the party ranging in age from 2-12(girls and boys) had a blast playing with it. We started with only the figure 8 set but since his b-day is in November he received more track at christmas!!! It is the best money we have ever spent on a toy. He has stood,sit and layed down on the table and it is very sturdy. MY 10 year old nephew loves to build a new track every time he comes over. My son Now almost 3 pushes the trains and runs his battery operated percy on the track for hours. This will be a toy i will put away for his children some day!!!! WE LOVE THOMAS!!!

Summary: Worth every penny!
Comment: Because this was such an expensive item I did my homework before purchasing the table. I looked at some cheaper tables to begin with but found that they couldn't come close to the Thomas table by Learning Curve. This table is made of solid wood and took me about 5 minutes to put together. I was able to get the playmat for free with the table through a promotion Toys R Us was having at the time of purchase. Another thing that sold me on the Thomas table was that this is the same table they have at Barrnes and Noble and you can imagine how many children play on that day after day. We have the table set up in our son's playroom since it is such a large piece. Unlike many other toys we have purchased in the past, this is one that we will save for years to come. They are expensive, but they are also made well and come with a lifetime guarantee. If you have a problem with one of their products you simply send it to them with a letter and within about 1-2 business weeks they will send you a brand new item. If you are looking to buy a train table I would highly recommend this one. Though it is more expensive, it is worth it in the long run. Why spend $80-$100 on a table that is only going to last a year or so when you can spend a little more and save it forever? One other hint...Michael's Arts and Crafts and A.C. Moore Craft Stores also carry a decent amount of the wooden Thomas toys. Look in your local paper for their 40% off coupons. They apply to Thomas and Friends which makes it a lot more affordable. :)
