Comment: Annie and Clarabel appear in many if not most stories and videos. They "belong" to Thomas so to speak and should be part of the core group of any Thomas collection.

Comment: Don't confuse the "Take Along Thomas" with the "Wooden Railway" set as I did. "Take Along" is medal with a narrower guage track than the "Wooden Railway" set.

Comment: This gift was a big hit for our grandson as he had been asking for these particular cars for months. Apparently, they had not been manufactured for a while.
Made of steel, they are able to take abuse from a toddler yet still are easy to maneuver. We expect they'll become heirlooms, along with other Thomas the Train cars. These kinds of toys help develop fine motor skills, encourage imaginary play, and hold up exceedingly well.
