Summary: Just Marginal
Comment: I bought this for my son because he enjoyed playing with it at a friend's house, but unfortunately, the appeal didn't last. (After all, it is just a shed.) The fact you can move a lever and make the train exit is neat, but other than that, it's nothing special. If you child MUST have every piece of Thomas equipment or his collection won't be complete, then get it, otherwise, spend your money elsewhere.

Summary: My son loves it.
Comment: My son loves using the Useful Engine Shed but there is one catch. The roof of the shed is a separate piece and doesn't fit snugly. When my son plays with it, it usually falls or gets knocked off (he's 3). I have glued the top on with wood glue and hope that will solve the problem because I don't want to keep "fixing it" for him. Overall, a good product and I am glad we got it for him.

The Useful Engine Shed makes a great home for any engine! A slide-out lever feature allows your child to eject an engine from the Useful Engine Shed and onto the track. The shed features a clear roof and colorful graphics, and its mall size will allow it to fit into virtually any layout. Measures 6" long.
