Summary: Fun, but not compatible with other sets
Comment: I like this set for my daughter, but buyer beware-- this is not compatible with either the wooden or the other plastic sets sold in the Thomas line. None of the other stores in our area sell anything compatible with this system. I also got a good deal on this set at Toys R Us at holiday time.

I have seen this at Toys-R-us for $99 and another time they had it for $66. But at any such price it is a good deal. There are lots of things here, it is easy for kids to put together, and lots of fun.
