Customer Rating: Summary: Boring Comment: My 4 year old is very good at video games; started playing when he was 2 yrs old. He had a playstation 1 and was able to play by himself and completed Winne Pooh's preschool and Winne the pooh kindergarten games by himself, which he loved to play for hours. So for christmas we got him a playstation 2 and of course I bought him Winnie the pooh's rumbly tummy.
There is nothing educational about this game at all!! He kept getting frustrate at how many times the wuzzles would chase him and he didn't know what to do next, even I had a little trouble finding the path Pooh was suppose to take, my son kept needing my help with the game Not because it was difficult!! But becasue he just didn't know which paths to take next, there are so many and you have to back track a lot. Which is what makes it so boring walking paths looking for bees and getting chased by wuzzles that's all you do!! He play it for one day and never again.
If your really into Pooh I suggest looking for the old playstation 1; pooh's preschool and kindergarten games (they will work on Playstaton 2 system)they Are more educational and more fun!! Or buy star wars lego my son loves that game and he is able to play it on his own without any help from me.
Customer Rating: Summary: Hard for 3 yr old Comment: This was the first PS2 game that I bought for my 3 year old and had hoped that this would be a good way to introduce the gaming concept to her. Well I was wrong, it really shot her confidence level after failing several times, we put the game up and stopped playing it. Mind you that this was her first time playing, and I thought that maybe it was a little early. Don't get me wrong I think that the game itself is set up pretty good, (will need Mom or Dad to help get started). She is 4 now, we recently played and she managed the controller a lot better but still got upset at the game as she didn't know where to head next. She tended to gravitate to the Mini games that are geared more for short term playing.
Overall: The game is something that I plan to keep and offer her to play ever so often in hopes that she can master the use of the controller better!
